Burgers, fries, mac n cheese. We all love them so who says hors d’oeuvres have to be “snooty”? I love the idea of sliders, french fries or sweet potato fries in little cones, and mac n cheese bites for weddings and special events. How about shooters of milk shakes that are butler passed during your cocktail hour along with the mini comfort food items?

Kobe Beef Sliders are served at Wolfgang Puck’s Cut at the Palazzo as well as BLT Burger inside the Mirage. Yardhouse at Town Square Las Vegas is home to Bearnaise Sliders and Brand Steakhouse inside the Monte Carlo offers Veal Sliders.
Fado, an Irish Pub in Henderson, serves Smithwick’s Mini Burgers and Turkey Sliders with roasted red peppers and feta cheese.
Have fun with designing your wedding day menu. Remember that your menu is part of your wedding design and shouldn’t be an afterthought. You don’t only have to pick a chicken and a beef. Get creative with the menu and your guests will be sure to notice!
