Simple Elegance in Cake Design Grand Opening

Tonight is the official Grand Opening celebration of my friend Dane Bethea’s shop! Dane is the talented baker/cake designer owner of Simple Elegance in Cake Design. There’s nothing more I love than a good party. Well, except when you add the element of tea to it.

Dane has always told me about his dream of opening up a tea room one day. He and I share a love for tea however his knowledge is obviously much greater than mine. I’m so thrilled and proud that his dream has become a reality!

The Simple Elegance Tea Room is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 10:30 am for coffee, pastries, and scones. Lunch is served from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. Reservations are required for high tea which is served from 2:00 pm – 4:00 pm. The Simple Elegance Tea Room is also available for private parties. What a neat way to celebrate!
