Twitter Finds and Other Interesting Blog Posts

This blog post made quite the noise this past Monday on Twitter.  It’s an article written by Scott Bourne on part time or new photographers undercutting the market. Very informative and well layed out. This is truly going to be a useful resource for the DIY Bride.

PolkaDotAnglophile - July 31, 2009 - 12:46 pm

Very helpful post! My new favorite resource is Google docs, which allows you to create documents or spreadsheets and share them with everyone easily. Just don’t forget the hard copies for everyone to take with them on the day of the wedding :)

Angelica - July 31, 2009 - 12:46 pm

This is so informative! I am glad you shared the power of a timeline with people. One little missed detail can throw an entire wedding off course. Timelines definitely help vendors stay well communicated. There is nothing worse then having a photographer in the bathroom during an important element of the wedding!

Juliet - July 31, 2009 - 7:34 pm

Google docs is excellent. Yes, we still need to remember those hard copies! Thanks for the comment. ;)

Thank you Samantha and Angelica. I’m so glad that it’s informative and I hope brides will find it helpful!
