Kristine and Aeden hired us pretty close to their wedding day so that Kristine would not be in “work mode” for her entire wedding weekend. As an event manager for a hotel, Kristine wanted to ensure that all the details were taken care of while still being able to enjoy herself.
They were such a joy to work with and I enjoyed working with someone in the industry. We had a mutual respect for each other and I’m so happy to know that she was able to put her trust in our wedding team to coordinate her wedding day flawlessly.
Her weekend consisted of a welcome dessert reception, wedding ceremony at Mandalay Bay complete with a Star Wars light saber exit, and finally a wedding celebration dinner at Red Square. Below are some photos from their wedding weekend.
Favors at the welcome party were chocolate olive picks:
Kristine brought everything with her and we had fun putting together this white ostrich feather centerpiece for the dessert table:
I was on a sugar high just by walking by these desserts:
Tuxedo chocolate covered strawberries are always cute!
After a little Russian vodka…the guys joined the headless Lenin statue for a photo:
Inside the vodka vault with jackets and hats provided by Red Square:
The menu was very important to our foodie bride so I also made sure that Adam took plenty of photos of the food! Perhaps this is the reason we got along?
I love the ambiance and decor of this beautiful Russian restaurant!
Kristine and Aeden enjoying a moment at Red Square before guests entered:
I love wedding receptions in restaurants. The red bread plates were so pretty!
One of my favorite photos of a bouquet. I love the backdrop of the vodka vault for this deep red rose bridal bouquet:
Thank you Kristine and Aeden for allowing us to be a part of your special day.
Here are the wedding reception photos from Kelly and Nate’s wedding at Maggiano’s Little Italy!
Tall centerpiece of black magic roses, mango calla lilies, cream mini calla lilies, cream asiatic lilies, and jamestory orchids:
Kelly wanted to surprise her father by having an Elvis impersonator at their wedding. Her father is a HUGE fan and it was also his birthday. For most of the night, he was observing and enjoying his daughter’s wedding but when our Elvis arrived, he began to completely loosen up and it was so much fun to see!
Wedding cake with fresh red roses and a hint of Las Vegas. Red Velvet & White Cake with Pear Brandy flavors.
The happy couple enjoying their destination Las Vegas wedding on the Las Vegas Strip:
Kelly and Nate were married back in October of 2009 at the Primrose Court in Wynn Las Vegas and celebrated with a dinner reception at Maggiano’s Little Italy.
Below are some of their wedding ceremony photos.
The bridesmaids all wore a beautiful red color to tie into the “crimson and cream” color scheme:
Isn’t Kelly’s purse adorable??
They stayed at the Palazzo Las Vegas so Kelly and her bridesmaids decided to walk to the Wynn to get to her wedding!
Kelly was so happy with the gorgeous ceremony site. Kelly was one of those brides who wanted her wedding to be overflowing with beautiful flowers:
Live pianist Cynthia Harris played their wedding processional, unity candle, and recessional songs:
I am so excited to announce that Amber & Bill’s recent Vintage Vegas themed wedding was featured on the front page of an awesome and popular wedding blog – The Wedding Chicks!
Amber and Bill are getting married tomorrow! Amber is a Las Vegas native who lives in New York! How fun and exciting!
Their wedding is inspired by the glitz and glamour of 1950s/1960s Las Vegas and will take place at Red Rock Casino following a church ceremony at Guardian Angel Cathedral.
I’m looking forward to working with my talented wedding florist friends over at Enchanted Florist as well as fabulous Las Vegas wedding photographer Chelsea Nicole!
P.S. I can’t wait to see the showgirls. And no, I’m not being sarcastic.
Attention all brides and grooms: Aliante Station Casino + Hotel will be hosting an Event Showcase tomorrow from 11:30 am to 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm in their Scottsdale ballroom.
I had an opportunity to attend a breakfast meeting at Aliante a few months ago and I was impressed! I also had the opportunity to lounge in their poolside cabana and had a relaxing time. If you haven’t booked your wedding ceremony and reception venue yet or had a chance to see the beautiful Aliante in person, this is a great opportunity! Don’t miss it!
Rob and Michelle and about 160 close friends and family flew in from Canada and Brazil to celebrate their wedding on May 17th at Planet Hollywood Resort in Las Vegas!
The theme was a red carpet Las Vegas celebration and this group knew how to party! Their wedding included an Elvis impersonator during the wedding ceremony, a red carpet and paparazzi entrance into the reception, Gwen Stefani and Rod Stewart impersonators during dancing, a gelato bar, shadow dancers, club style DJs, and plenty of dancing! It was definitely a great party! The reception ended at 2:00 am and threatened to continue until 3:00 or 4:00 am!
Rob and Michelle honeymooned all over Asia for over a month. Congratulations to Rob and Michelle!
Donya called me in February of this year to book my wedding planning services for her June 6th wedding. She and Robert had a touching story. This was their 3rd planned wedding and the previous two were canceled due to family tragedies. Despite all of that, Donya was always upbeat, positive, and cheery and I know she’s been surrounded by great support and love her entire life. So they decided to plan the third wedding rather quickly! Besides the venue and the floral designer, they didn’t have anything else booked when they called me. So with less than four months until their big day, we got right to work!
Donya and Robert are two very kind and sweet human beings. I loved working with Donya and met Robert briefly while they were out here for their engagement session. Donya kept me challenged with all of her requests and ideas and I thoroughly enjoy working with her!
The ceremony was a “production show” and a wedding ceremony combined and timing was crucial: the ladies arrived to the ceremony site on a yacht, the bridal party had to be sent down the aisle, the ribbon dancers and band and strings and gospel choir all had to be cued at different times throughout the ceremony and from all different directions, the gondola exit following the ceremony had to arrive on time to whisk the newlyweds away for twenty minutes…and Sam Day the wedding painter and Digs Studio were there to capture all of the special moments!
The ladies arrived to the ceremony in style on the Lady of the Lake yacht.
Their theme of“In the Water, On the Land, On the Mountain, In the Sky”was carried throughout their wedding ceremony and reception.
